We regret that we cannot accept normal bicycles on board, but folding bicycles will be accepted in the hold provided that they are in its special bag so as not to damage other passenger’s luggage.

OnniBus.com offers connected journeys only in cases where connection is offered at our webstores search results and bus transfer is part of offered journey. If customer connects separate journeys, OnniBus.com is not responsible for the loss of connections. Passenger should in these cases make sure that there is enough time to change service.

Yes, tickets can be purchased from our coach drivers but the only payment methods are debit or credit card payments and only if there is a seat available. Tickets purchased on the day from the coach driver will be more expensive than tickets bought online.

OnniBus.com takes care of the well-being and comfort of all passengers and for this reason it does not allow pets on-board.

The only exception is made for guide dogs when accompanying a person with limited sight. Advance booking needs to be made minimum 72h before journey through customer service.

  1. One piece of luggage weighing up to 20kg and no bigger than a standard sized suitcase which will be transported in the luggage compartment (“Main Luggage”)
  2. One small piece of hand luggage, in a size allowing it to be easily placed under the seat or on the shelf located above the Passenger’s seat (“Hand Luggage”). The Hand Luggage should not block easy movement by the remaining passengers.
  3. Single ski equipment, such as skis or snowboard, is allowed as an addition to the 20 kg Main Luggage allowance. Please note that the equipment is not allowed to be loose in the luggage compartment or cause any damage to other luggage. The Driver is entitled not to authorize the luggage, if it is not properly packed.

According to our terms and conditions we will accept extra luggage free of charge if there is space available. For each ticket purchased we guarantee one piece of luggage weighing up to 20kg and one piece of hand luggage. To make sure extra luggage fits in, please purchase extra ticket. OnniBus.com currently operates with more than 55 double decker Van Hools: Astromega TDX27 (89 seats) and 13 single deckers. Double deckers operate mainly on these routes: F1, F2, F3, F4, F5, F6, F7, F8, F9, F13, F14 and F23. Single decker buses are not all red colored.

On-board our coaches we are offering free Internet access, power sockets (except on single deckers for now), air-conditioning, toilets, comfortable leather seats (on double deckers) and safety belts.

Yes, there is free Wi-Fi on-board all OnniBus.com coaches.

Seat belts are provided throughout all of our coaches but parents and guardians responsible for younger children, must bring their own child booster seat. When bringing a child booster seat on-board, a confirmed seat reservation is required for the child.

There is a toilet available on-board all our coaches.

Yes, provided the equipment is placed in its special bag to be carried in the hold and there is room for it. One piece of luggage per passenger weighing up to 20kg which will be transported in the luggage compartment.

We regret that we do not carry unaccompanied parcels under any circumstances. Passengers must never accept luggage or parcels on behalf of someone else for security reasons.

We charge 1€ booking fee per each payment transaction for administrative purposes made in our web shop. One payment transaction may include several journey bookings.

When waiting for the bus at the bus stop, show visible sign by waving your hand to indicate your wish to board the bus. Wait for the bus to arrive to the bus stop before lowering your hand to ensure that the driver has seen your sign.

When you wish to get off the bus, use the stop request button in the bus. We will stop at the intermediate bus stops upon request.

Step 3. See the search results and choose the most convenient journey by choosing the hour, one way or return ticket, and next by clicking “ADD TO BASKET”.

Step 4. Verify the content of your basket, check the summary and click “PROCEED TO PAYMENT”.

Step 5. Make the payment by entering personal data (i.e. name, surname, e-mail), and click “MAKE PAYMENT FOR SELECTED JOURNEY/S”. Do not touch any keys on your computer until the transaction has been completed.
