Dear customers!

This is our quality commitment according to 48 § of the Public Transport Act (869/2009). It is available on our website www.onnibus.com and on-board our buses.

  1. Offered transport services
We are operating route traffic on the grounds of an operator’s license granted by South Centre for Economic Development, Transport and the Environment and by permits granted by other competent authorities.

Our transport services are divided into routes mainly operated by double-decker buses (F1, F2, F3, F4, F5, F6, F7, F8, F9, F13, F14, F18 and F23) and routes operated mainly on single-decker buses (F11 and F12). An accurate description of the routes together with timetables, maps and bus stops is on our website at www.onnibus.com.
  2. Informing about our services as well as about service changes and cancellations.
Our timetables are available on the Timetable page of our website or by using Search & Buy.
We inform about travel updates on our website relating to special holidays and about our most important traffic changes on the Travel Updates section of our website, when applicable. We inform about current traffic irregularities through our Facebook page. Current information about our timetables is always found on the Timetables section of our website.
  3. Tickets in use, their prices and travelling of children
Our main selling channel is our web store at www.onnibus.com. We use demand-based pricing, where travel price is based on demand and time of buying. The greater the demand, the greater the price. The earlier the ticket is bought, the more likely it will be cheaper. Tickets should be bought from our website well in advance of the desired departure date to allow the best possible chance of booking available tickets.

We also sell tickets on-board the bus, if there is space left. As a method of payment on our buses, most common payment cards are valid. Cash is not valid as a method of payment on our buses. We reserve no quota for tickets sold on-board, so all seats on the bus might have been sold on our website.

No discounts are available for any tickets either on the website or on-board the bus.

Every passenger, including children of all ages, must hold a valid ticket which guarantees a seat on board a bus. A child cannot travel sitting on an adult’s lap. A car safety seat can be brought for use during the travel. Onnibus does not offer safety seats. Onnibus.com does not offer special fare for children
  4. Belonging to information and ticketing systems
Until further notice, our service belongs only to our own ticketing system. Furthermore the timetables are published also on national Matka.fi service.

We sell other operator’s bus tickets on our webshop. With these tickets, the operator’s own terms & conditions apply. All complaints concerning the services of other operators should be addressed to the operator in question.
  5. Rolling stock, accessibility and supplementary services
On routes F1, F2, F3, F4, F5, F6, F7, F8, F9, F13, F14, F18, F23 and F77 the buses primarily in use have a low-floor section with a wheelchair seat. Wheelchair service requires always an advanced reservation that must be done at least 36 hours before beginning the journey through our customer service. The contact information of our customer service has been announced on our web pages www.onnibus.com. Our staff will help wheelchairs and persons with limited mobility to get in, fastening and loosening the wheelchair and on alighting. These buses also have 230 Volt sockets for recharging laptop computers, tablet devices and mobile phones.

Buses used on other routes typically have three steps at the entrance. Entrances have been equipped with handrails conforming to regulations. We help limited mobility customers as well as we can.

All our buses have a toilet and a free-of-charge internet connection (Wi-Fi). The toilet is not accessible by wheelchair.

Due to operational and force majeure reasons and the use of coaches other than the one planned for the route we may not be able to offer all supplementary services. In these cases, we do not compensate the lack of bus feature services.
  6. Measuring customer satisfaction
We measure customer satisfaction constantly through our system, where the amount of feedback is compared with the number of customers.
  7. Handling complaints, refunds, revoking the agreement and indemnities
We handle all the feedback we get according to our operating procedures. We respond to feedback no later than 21 days after it has arrived. Feedback should be sent in written format either as an email or a letter, no later than 21 days after the completed journey.

If we could not have offered the service we have promised or a replacing service, we will reimburse the service case-by-case dealing with the customer.

Behåll biljettbekräftelsen under hela resan.
Passageraren bör själv hålla sådana föremål under uppsikt.

    1. Allmänna villkor
      1. Med stöd av informationssamhällsbalken (917/2014) tillämpar tjänsteleverantören dessa användningsvillkor, nedan benämnda ”Användningsvillkoren”, på elektroniska tjänster som erbjuds genom mobilapplikationen.
      2. I Användningsvillkoren definieras de elektroniska tjänster som erbjuds genom mobilapplikationen OnniBus.com.
      3. När du laddar ner mobilapplikationen eller använder Tjänsten innebär detta att du godkänner de gällande Användningsvillkoren och förbinder dig att följa dem.
    2. Definitioner som används i Användningsvillkoren
      1. m-Biljett – en elektronisk biljett som levereras genom Mobilapplikationen och berättigar den person som anges på biljetten att resa mellan de hållplatser som nämns på biljetten vid en viss tidpunkt och till ett visst pris;
      2. Personuppgifter – kundens personuppgifter, såsom förnamn, efternamn, telefonnummer, postnummer och e-postadress;
      3. Tjänster – elektroniska tjänster som Tjänsteleverantören tillhandahåller genom mobilapplikationen och som avses i punkt 3 i Användningsvillkoren;
      4. Kunden – en fysisk eller juridisk person som för närvarande är registrerad som användare av Mobilapplikationen; omtalas i dessa villkor även som ”du”;
      5. Tjänsteleverantören – OnniBus.com Oy, Pöytäsarankatu 6, 33900 Tammerfors, Finland, ett företag som är registrerat i Finland med FO-numret 2559463-4;
      6. Mobilapplikationen – en internetapplikation som skapats av Tjänsteleverantören, som kan användas med en smarttelefon eller en annan mobil enhet och som är tillgänglig i Apple App Store eller Google Play under produktnamnet OnniBus.com och genom vilken Tjänsterna kan användas efter att användaren registrerat sig.
    3. Beskrivning av de Tjänster som erbjuds och deras omfattning
      1. I enlighet med Användningsvillkoren erbjuder Tjänsteleverantören en Tjänst som gör det möjligt att köpa, ta emot och lagra m-Biljetter i Mobilapplikationen.
      2. För att köpa en biljett i Mobilapplikationen måste du gå igenom följande steg:
        1. val av resa (inkl. avfärdsort och destination, datum och tid för resan samt eventuellt sittplats),
        2. godkännande av Tjänsteleverantörens Användningsvillkor och Transportvillkor,
        3. betalning med betalkort,
        4. leverans av m-Biljetten till Kunden genom Mobilapplikationen,
        5. leverans av bokningsbekräftelsen genom e-post.
      3. m-Biljetter kan endast betalas med betalkort. Betalkortsuppgifterna sparas inte i Mobilapplikationen och Tjänsteleverantören sparar dem inte heller i sin egen databas. Betalkortsuppgifterna används och sparas endast av den auktoriserade leverantören av betalningstjänster: SIX Payment Services (Europe) S.A. på adressen 10, Rue Gabriel Lippmann, L-5365 Munsbach, Luxemburg. I Tjänsteleverantörens system sparas endast koder (eng. tokens) som används för kommunikation mellan Tjänsteleverantören och den auktoriserade leverantören av betalningstjänster. All betalningsinformation som skickas via internet skyddas av ett krypteringsprotokoll, så att tredje parter inte kan läsa den.
      4. Köpbeslutet är slutgiltigt. m-Biljetter omfattas inte av retur- eller bytesrätt.
      5. m-Biljetten levereras till Kundens mobila enhet genom Mobilapplikationen. Om din apparat tappas bort eller skadas fungerar bokningsnumret i bokningsbekräftelsen som skickats per e-post som biljett. I fall av problem bör du kontakta kundtjänsten före resan.
      6. Kunden får inte skicka, kopiera eller överföra m-Biljetten till en annan enhet. m-Biljetten är personlig och kan inte ges vidare till någon annan. Vid missbruk förbehåller sig Tjänsteleverantören rätten att återkalla din m-Biljett eller neka dig tillträde till bussen.
      7. Ett transportavtal mellan Kunden och Tjänsteleverantören uppstår när Tjänsteleverantören levererar en m-Biljett till Kunden genom Mobilapplikationen (definition ovan i punkt 3.b).
      8. m-Biljetten granskas på bussen med hjälp av Mobilapplikationen, om det finns en internetanslutning. Även bokningsbekräftelsen godkänns som biljett.
      9. Kunden kan ställa frågor och få information om Mobilapplikationen:
        1. under UKK/FAQS (vanliga frågor) på webbplatsen ww.onnibus.com;
        2. genom att skicka e-post till adressen info@onnibus.com; eller
        3. genom att ringa till kundtjänsten på nummer 0600 02010.
    4. Användning av Mobilapplikationen
      1. Mobilapplikationen och alla rättigheter till den tillhör Tjänsteleverantören. Mobilapplikationen består av innehåll som skyddas av upphovsrätt, varumärkesskydd och/eller andra immaterialrättigheter.
      2. När du använder Tjänsten för personligt och icke-kommersiellt bruk beviljar Tjänsteleverantören dig en begränsad, icke-exklusiv, återkallelig och icke-överlåtbar licens att använda Mobilapplikationen på en mobil enhet som du äger eller innehar. Du får inte använda Mobilapplikationen eller tillåta att den används till andra än personliga eller icke-kommersiella ändamål.
      3. Endast en Kund som är registrerad som användare av Mobilapplikationen kan använda en m-Biljett. Du förbinder dig att upprätthålla korrekt, komplett och aktuell information i ditt användarkonto. Du ansvarar för allt som görs i ditt användarkonto eller med dina användaruppgifter. Du förbinder dig att alltid hålla användarnamnet och lösenordet för ditt konto hemliga. Användarkontot är personligt och får inte överlåtas till en tredje part.
      4. Du förbinder dig att följa tillämplig lagstiftning vid användningen av Mobilapplikationen och godkänner att du är ansvarig för köp som gjorts via ditt användarkonto. Du godkänner att användning av Mobilapplikationen kräver internetuppkoppling. Du måste själv skaffa och betala för den nödvändiga internetuppkopplingen.
      5. Mobilapplikationen kan laddas ner från appbutiker på internet, såsom Apple App Store (iOS-versionen) och Google Play (Android-versionen), och nedladdningen kan omfattas av ifrågavarande tjänsteleverantörs villkor.
      6. Du kan sluta använda Mobilapplikationen när som helst. Du kan återkalla registreringen av ditt användarkonto genom att skicka en begäran om detta per e-post till adressen info@onnibus.com.
      7. På vissa enheter kan det ta flera sekunder att ladda Mobilapplikationen. Vi rekommenderar därför att du öppnar Mobilapplikationen och m-Biljetten eller bokningsbekräftelsen medan du väntar på bussen. Om du inte kan visa din m-Biljett eller bokningsnumret för föraren eller biljettgranskaren på begäran, måste du köpa en ny biljett. Kunden ansvarar för att se till att den mobila enheten har tillräckligt med ström för att visa m-Biljetten när som helst under resan (både vid avfärdsorten och destinationen).
    5. Tjänsteleverantörens ansvar
      1. Tjänsteleverantören strävar efter att Tjänsten ska vara tillgänglig för Kunden utan avbrott och störningar. Tjänsteleverantören garanterar dock inte att Tjänsten alltid fungerar felfritt och utan avbrott. Mobilapplikationen och dess funktionalitet eller vissa funktioner kan vara beroende av de använda enheternas kompatibilitet, internetuppkopplingen och innehållets format.
      2. Tjänsteleverantören förbehåller sig rätten att ändra på Mobilapplikationen eller Tjänsten eller helt eller delvis avsluta eller stänga Mobilapplikationen eller Tjänsten när som helst utan separat meddelande till användarna.
      3. Tjänsteleverantören ansvarar inte för direkta eller indirekta skador som uppstått till följd av användning av Tjänsten eller förhindrande av användning eller Användningsvillkoren, även om Tjänsteleverantören i förväg skulle ha meddelats om risken för sådana skador, förutom om skadan orsakats avsiktligt eller genom grov oaktsamhet. Tjänsteleverantörens ansvar begränsas alltid till det pris som Kunden betalat för m-Biljetten. Det ovanstående begränsar inte lagstadgade konsumenträttigheter.
    6. Ändringar och överförande av ansvar
      1. Tjänsteleverantören har rätt att ändra Användningsvillkoren när som helst enligt eget gottfinnande. Ändringarna träder i kraft när användarna har informerats om dem genom Mobilapplikationen eller per e-post. Du anses ha godkänt de förändrade Användningsvillkoren om du fortsätter använda Tjänsten efter att du har informerats om dem.
      2. Du kan inte avsäga dig eller överföra dina rättigheter och/eller skyldigheter i enlighet med användningsvillkoren. Tjänsteleverantören kan överlåta sina rättigheter och skyldigheter enligt Användningsvillkoren till en tredje part utan ditt samtycke.
    7. Klagomålsförfarande
      1. Kunden kan framföra ett klagomål om Användningsvillkoren inte har följts vid tillhandahållandet av Tjänsterna. Klagomål kan skickas:
      2. per brev eller
      3. per e-post till adressen: info@onnibus.com.
      4. Klagomålet ska innehålla en beskrivning av det problem som klagomålet gäller samt information som krävs för att identifiera Kunden.
      5. En eventuell reklamation ska skickas senast 21 dagar efter resans slut. Tjänsteleverantören besvarar klagomålet per brev eller per e-post till den e-postadress som Kunden uppgett inom 21 dagar efter att klagomålet tagits emot.
    8. Dataskydd och sekretess
      1. Tjänsteleverantören är den registeransvariga som avses i personuppgiftslagen. Personuppgifterna behandlas av OnniBus.com Oy, Pöytäsarankatu 6, 33900 Tammerfors, Finland. Dina Personuppgifter samlas in för att göra upp och tillämpa ett avtal om biljettförsäljning och kan inte användas för marknadsföring utan ditt samtycke. Insamlade Personuppgifter överlåts endast till de parter som nämns i lagen. Du har rätt att få information om de uppgifter som sparats om dig och att använda dina rättigheter enligt personuppgiftslagen. Att uppge Personuppgifter är frivilligt men nödvändigt för att ett avtal ska kunna ingås.
      2. Tjänsteleverantören hanterar de Personuppgifter som uppges via mobilapplikationen i enlighet med personuppgiftslagen och annan tillämplig lagstiftning. Tjänsteleverantören kan behandla Personuppgifter som är nödvändiga för att erbjuda Tjänsten utan Kundens samtycke. Tjänsteleverantören behandlar Personuppgifterna konfidentiellt och lämnar inte ut dem till utomstående om inte Kunden uttryckligen har gett tillstånd till detta eller det är tillåtet enligt lag. Denna skyldighet fortsätter gälla även efter att det juridiska förhållandet mellan Kunden och Tjänsteleverantören har upphört.
      3. Kunden har rätt att granska, uppdatera och ändra de Personuppgifter som uppgetts i Mobilapplikationen och som i nödvändig utsträckning används för att tillhandahålla Tjänsterna.
      4. Tjänsteleverantören får använda Kundens Personuppgifter för marknadsföring, exempelvis för att skicka marknadsföringsmeddelanden från Tjänsteleverantören eller tredje parter till Kunden per e-post, endast om Kunden uttryckligen har godkänt detta genom att markera detta i Mobilapplikationen.
    9. Användningsvillkor för Mobilapplikationens innehåll
      1. Alla rättigheter till innehållet i Mobilapplikationen, inklusive rätten till text, grafik, sammansättning, databaser eller andra delar, förbehålls om inte annat uttryckligen anges. Användning av innehållet i Mobilapplikationen innebär inte att Kunden eller någon annan användare får rätt till några som helst immaterialrättigheter som gäller verk eller databaser i Mobilapplikationen. Kunden eller andra användare av Mobilapplikationen får använda dessa verk eller databaser endast i den omfattning som är nödvändig för att använda Tjänsten i enlighet med Användningsvillkoren. Det är i synnerhet förbjuder att i kommersiella syften och utan föregående skriftligt tillstånd från Tjänsteleverantören kopiera, modifiera eller överföra, elektroniskt eller på annat sätt, Mobilapplikationen i sin helhet eller delar av den, eller ta eller återanvända väsentliga (både kvalitativa och kvantitativa) innehållskomponenter från databaser som finns i Mobilapplikationen exempelvis med hjälp av automatiska system eller programvara som tar information ur Mobilapplikationen (”screen scraping”, ”web scraping” eller ”web indexing”). Tjänsteleverantören förbehåller sig rätt att neka personer eller företag som agerat i strid med villkoren ovan tillträde till Mobilapplikationen.
