Instructions for buying and using a local bus ticket
- Before purchasing a ticket, make sure you have selected the correct zone from the city route guide..
- Please note that the ticket activation time depends on your travel date.
- You will receive a booking confirmation from OnniBus in your email with a link to activate the local ticket. Once you have logged in to your OnniBus account before booking a trip, you will find all the tickets in your account.
- Click on the link to activate the local ticket (you need an internet connection). Activation can be done within 24 hours before or after the OnniBus trip.
- Select the ticket to activate and click 'Activate'
- Show the ticket from the mobile device to the driver or use it under the reader.
- If necessary, contact our customer support.
