Dogs, cats and other pets on our buses OnniBus double-decker buses: We want to guarantee all our customers a comfortable and pleasant journey, so we do not transport pets on OnniBus double-decker buses. The exception is guide dogs. We recommend making a pre-booking for a guide dog well in advance of the trip from our customer service, so that we can guarantee sufficient space for the dog in the car. Single-decker buses and premium buses (LUX Express by OnniBus): Ordinary, non-dangerous dogs, cats, and other pets are welcome on OnniBus single-decker and premium buses. Pets must always be under the responsibility of their owner, and a pet fee applies for animals of all sizes. The fee is cheaper when bought together with the ticket online (€4.90) than when purchased from the driver (€10). The pet ticket can be selected in the online shop under “Choose additional services” in the shopping cart.
