How to buy tickets on the OnniBus website

Buying a ticket online is quick and easy. Just follow the steps below to book your trip through the official OnniBus website.

 

1. Choose whether your trip is one-way or round-trip. 

2. Select the number of passengers. You can select all passengers at once, including those who are eligible for discounts. If you are booking a trip for only one person, such as a senior, first select one senior passenger and then remove the adult passenger to avoid accidentally purchasing two tickets.

 

3. If you have a discount code, you can enter it in the 'Promo code' field. The codes also apply to trips with junior, senior, and student fares.

 

4. Enter the departure location, destination, and travel date, then click “Search.” 

 

5. Select your desired trip and add it to the shopping cart. Please note that we also sell tickets for other transport operators in our online store. 

6. Pay for the trip. 

7. You will receive a booking confirmation email, which includes the travel details and a receipt for the trip. 

Please make sure to double-check your ticket details in the shopping cart before proceeding to payment. Our tickets cannot be changed or canceled, so we are unable to refund tickets purchased incorrectly or unnecessarily.
