Change your travel date, stop, or route quickly when life shakes up your schedule. 🔒 No OnniBus account is needed to change a ticket — all you need is your booking number and email address. Here’s what you can change on your ticket Travel date and time Travel date and time of your journey. Departure or arrival stop Within the same route. Entire route Choose a new from–to combination. Seat Seat number and type. Changing your seat is free of charge. Ticket change fees 5 € / passenger / journey + any price difference between the new and original ticket For return tickets, the fee applies to both directions. A guaranteed transfer is counted as one journey. You can change your ticket as many times as you like – each change costs 5 € / passenger / journey. If the new ticket is cheaper than the original, the difference will not be refunded. How to change your OnniBus ticket 1. Go to Manage Reservations Open the OnniBus website and go to Manage Reservations. 2. Enter your details Enter your booking number and email address. 3. Make your change and pay Make your changes and pay the change fee of 5 € / passenger / journey. 4. New ticket arrives instantly Your new ticket is sent to your email straight away. Illustrated instructions for changing your ticket → Important information Which tickets can be changed? â–¼ Ticket changes are only possible for tickets purchased via the OnniBus ticket store. Tickets purchased via the app can also be changed in a web browser. Changes can only be made via a web browser in Manage Reservations — not in the OnniBus app. What is the deadline for making a change? â–¼ Changes must be made at least 1 hour before the original bus departure. The new journey can start less than an hour after making the change. We’re travelling as a group — do we change all tickets at once? â–¼ All tickets under the same booking number must be changed at the same time. You cannot change the number of passengers, contact information, or discount category afterwards. Do additional services transfer to the new ticket? â–¼ Additional services selected on the original ticket — such as OnniTurva cancellation protection or extra luggage — do not transfer automatically when changing the ticket. They must be added again when making the change. Promo codes and loyalty programme If you change your ticket, neither of the tickets will earn loyalty points (OnniEtu). If the original ticket was purchased using a promo code, the same code cannot be reused when changing the ticket. Please note that bookings made with EXTRA codes are subject to a change fee for two passengers. If the ticket was purchased using an EXTRA or POSSE code, the same code must be entered again in the “promo code” field when changing the ticket. This way, the discount will also apply to the updated ticket price. OnniBus is now even more flexible Travel made easy, even when your plans suddenly change.
